Licenses

Our licenses define how you can use Pina Themes products. You can choose between a Regular License for one website or a Bundle License for multiple sites, depending on your needs.

  1. Regular License

    • You can use the purchased theme for one end product.
    • The theme may be installed on one domain only.
    • Use in a staging or testing environment is allowed.
    • For use on multiple sites, you must purchase extra licenses or choose the Bundle License.

  2. Bundle License

    • The Bundle License grants access to all themes for use on unlimited Ghost websites.
    • Licenses are available for individuals or agencies. Choose the correct option at checkout.

Delivery

All themes are sold and delivered through Gumroad.com.
After completing your purchase:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link.
  • Downloads can also be accessed anytime through your Gumroad account.

Updates

All themes include free updates throughout their commercial lifespan. Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes or performance improvements
  • New features or design enhancements
  • Compatibility updates for newer Ghost CMS versions

Each release includes update instructions to help you apply changes safely to your site.

Support

Every theme comes with 12 months of free support, one of the longest support periods available for Ghost themes.

✓ Support Includes:

  • Assistance with theme functionality
  • Help setting up or configuring theme features
  • Fixes for bugs or technical issues related to the theme

✗ Support Does Not Include:

  • Theme customization or code modifications (e.g., CSS changes)
  • Manual installation of theme updates
  • Ghost CMS setup or server-related issues

After your support period expires, you’ll still receive free updates and can continue using your theme. However, extended support requires a renewed license.

Refund Policy

Since all Pina Themes products are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available except in limited, specific cases.

✓ Refunds May Be Approved If:

  • The theme is proven defective and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
  • The wrong product was delivered, and you notify us within 7 days of purchase.

✗ Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • The item not meeting personal expectations
  • Purchasing by mistake
  • Lack of technical skills to use the theme
  • Downloading and deciding not to use the item
  • Claims made without reasonable justification

Refund Process:

If your case qualifies:

  • Contact our support team with full details and proof of the issue.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is managed through Gumroad.com. By joining, you agree to:

  • Avoid misleading or deceptive promotions
  • Not purchase products through your own affiliate links

Payments are issued weekly for balances over $10.

Pricing

Pina Themes may change product prices or discontinue any theme at any time without prior notice.

Compatibility

All Pina Themes products are built exclusively for Ghost CMS (Ghost.org). They are not compatible with other CMS platforms.

Warranties

We guarantee that our themes:

  • Follow modern coding and design standards
  • Are compatible with all major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Arc, Brave, and Opera)
  • Are tested for performance and reliability

If browser limitations arise, we aim to provide practical alternatives or workarounds.

Custom Work

Pina Themes does not provide paid customizations or development services.
