What does your support cover?
Our support includes help with theme functionality, feature setup, and bug fixes. It does not cover theme customizations, CSS edits, or Ghost installation issues.
How long does support last?
Each purchase includes 12 months of free support, one of the longest support periods in the Ghost CMS community. This gives you plenty of time to ask questions or request help when needed.
What’s your typical support response time?
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT-3). We usually reply within one business day, and we do our best to respond to urgent requests within a few hours, even outside regular hours.
Can I modify or customize the themes?
Yes. You can freely modify and customize your theme to match your needs. However, please note that any changes you make are your responsibility, and we can’t provide support for issues caused by custom modifications.
How can I download my theme and get updates?
If you bought a theme through Gumroad, you’ll find your download link in the confirmation email. You can also access it anytime in your Gumroad Library ↗ using your purchase email. If you need help, contact us with your purchase details.
