I’m Gloria Marin, Founder of Pina Themes.
I’m passionate about creativity, design, and building things that connect people. I love exploring new ideas, traveling, walking in nature, and finding beauty in simplicity.
My journey into web development began around 2020, when I decided to make a career change and leave the chemical industry. I graduated in Industrial Chemistry and worked in that field for a few years, but I felt the need for something that offered more freedom — both creatively and personally.
The web felt like the right place. A space where I could experiment, express ideas, and use technology to create meaningful solutions. It was also a place to connect with others who share the same passion for creativity, design, and storytelling.
During that journey of learning and reading about creativity and design, I discovered Ghost — a platform that immediately caught my attention. It’s perfect for writers and creators who love to express themselves through words and share their stories with the world.
Over time, I decided to specialize in Ghost CMS and started working as a freelancer, helping creators and brands bring their projects to life. I collaborated on different creative projects and refined my experience in design and development.
That path led to the creation of Pina Themes — a space dedicated to offering high-quality Ghost themes for creators who want to share their ideas, travels, and creative work with the world.
Our themes focus on usability, performance, and design. From simple and elegant layouts to expressive and modern ones, each theme is built to help creators publish with personality, simplicity, and confidence.
